Established in 1882, The Adelaide Hotel—affectionately known as The Addie—has been a cornerstone of the Moruya community for generations. Named after the eldest daughter of its first publican, The Addie has remained a proudly family-run hotel, embracing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home.

Today, The Addie is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Matt & Brooke, who continue the tradition of hospitality with the help of their three children, often seen lending a hand on weekends. We had a great pub lunch at The Adelaide with 5 adults and 6 kids. We caught hop on hop off Adventure bus from Tomakin so we had a designated driver. Great pub...proper pub food at pub prices. The place was packed and it took 45mins to get our meals, that's not a criticism given how many people had to be served that's actually a compliment. My wife had a proper hamburger, you know the kind that have beetroot 👍 I had a fantastically cooked steak meal sourced from a locally renowned butcher. 100% recommended.
